The online registration is closed. You may register onsite starting from Sept 9.

Attendees are encouraged to complete the online registration by July 4, 2012 to enjoy the early bird discount registration fee. On-site registration desk will be open from 10:30 to 20:00 on Sept. 9, 2012 and from 08:30 to 12:00 on Sept. 10–13 at the conference venue. All fees below are in Chinese currency, CNY (a.k.a. RMB), and are for a single person. As of Jan 2012, 100 CNY exchanges roughly 15.8 US Dollars or 12.3 Euros.

1 Subsidized by Chinese funding agencies and institutes. Applicable to anyone who is employed at least half time (≥ 0.5 FTE) in China or who is enrolled full time in a degree program at a Chinese institute as of Sept. 2012, regardless of nationality. Tour to the Great Wall is not included.

Unless noted otherwise, the registration fee covers:

  • attendance at the conference
  • conference materials (e.g., final program, abstract book, souvenir, etc.)
  • welcome reception in the evening of Sept. 9, 2012
  • coffee/tea break & lunch box on Sept. 10–14, 2012
  • banquet
  • tour to the Great Wall

Participants may purchase additional banquet (300 CNY) and tour (200 CNY) tickets for their family members if seats are available.

Confirmation
A confirmation notice will be sent to the registrant within 15 days of receiption of the payment.

Cancellation
Ms. Cuiling LAN must be notified of any cancellation in written form. The following policy applies to the registration fee as well as banquet and tour tickets:
